New on 3/3/16:
- You can now specify a start and end timestamp (or a start time and a duration) for the gif!
- The script now checks for ffmpeg before running
- IT TALKS TO YOU!!1!

There's also once again a minimal port to bash of the script, if you don't want to depend on Python. Thanks to @fourlastor !
