I was playing Lost Ark on 03/06 (Sunday) around 02:30 am (-3 UTC Sao Paulo) when I got disconnected from the server. I just finished Yorn continent, just got item level 800+, and was planning to get more Mokoko Seeds (I had almost 650). So, I was trying to get the Mokoko Seed in Mount Zagoras (West Luterra). There are 3 Mokoko Seeds behind a cart that I must destroy. I don't know why, the cart was never destroyed and I got disconnected from the game after 10 or 15 minutes after I started to attack it. When I tried to log in again, I got the following error:
"createfile failed with 32 lost ark"
I google it and got an answer online that I need to delete the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat" and validate the game on Steam again. I did this, the game recreate the folder and I was able to log in again.
Unfortunately, I got another error:
"SPELPWP1P2NT"
I got this error every time that I log in to the game again and tried to attack the cart or move. So, the third or fourth time that I tried to do that, I gave up trying and went to sleep. I think that maybe, those login attempts caused my account to be suspended. Every action that I was doing inside the game got me disconnected.
When I woke up, the same day (Sunday, 03/06) I launched the game afternoon and got the message saying that my account got suspended for "cheating".
I am sure that this is a problem from your side, and I want to help the Lost Ark team to identify this problem. Please, consider this!
Maybe I and other players are identified (falsely) as cheating too. There are so many factors that point out that I am not using any program or that I am cheating. If you take a look at my logs from my account, the things that I do, the chat, everything that I did. Please, consider this, I am trying to help the team and other players, and also, I don't want to have the same problem again.

I love to play Lost Ark and I don't want to forfeit the game only because of falsely automatic software suspension.
