emulatorpin and iothreadpin share the same core

@davidricardo1026 Yes, this is a conscious decision as my understanding is that, if there is a relatively large amount of emulator/io threads, they should not be bothering each other too much.

Have you seen improvements by separating them?

@roobre I can't observe it, I can only see an overall improvement, very significant
