Overarching goal: Help us lower the barrier of entry for people to start using GeoPySpark

  1. Familiarize yourself with GeoPySpark
  1. Run sample notebooks
  1. Replace GeoNotebook notebook demos with Folium
  1. Create new demo notebooks
  • Landsat scene + NDVI of Landsat scene with a slider in Folium
  • Point GeoPySpark to a catalog containing NLCD and figure out how to use Folium + draw a bounding box to pull out some data
