- Half-bunch watercress
- 2 tiny yellow guavas ("lemon guavas")
- Ping-pong-ball-sized chunk ginger (peeled)
- Half cucumber
- Juice of one lime
- Blue-green algae
- Small handful of granola
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 c. yogurt
- Vanilla whey protein
- Dash maple syrup
- Splash of kombucha
