Exploring New York City by cab
In this assignment, you should see yourself as a NYC urban planner who is making some research on people's taxi rides. You were given this new tool, Datacollider and you already have your dataset available in the platform. You are expected to use it to produce a visualization and, answering some questions after you choose the right time window. Some example of questions that may arise from your data inspection:
- What are the areas of NYC with most taxi traffic?
- Which neighbourhoods use taxi more frequently?
- What is the neighbourhood that spends the most money in taxis?
- What are the origin/destinations like in a specific period (e.g. Christmas time)?

Look through the taxi data that is ready to use in the Datacollider. Understanding which data you have available is a key point when it comes to formulate your questions and therefore, find your answers. For this assignment we are looking for questions that involve the use of a map.
After having formulated your question, render a visualization where you plot the needed data. Experiment different combinations for the visualization and try to understand which one helps you answer your question more clearly.
Once you found a visualization that clearly answers your question, export a frame of the visualization and add the missing labels using the image editor of your preference.
