Agility, retrospectives and human relationships

What is agile, in practise? Looking into one implementation of agile software development.

Walk through the sprint retrospective and discuss why is it important to have.

Learn about how productivity of group of people evolves through time, and what are the common traps along the way.

This abstract seems really lazy. It has spelling mistakes. It doesn't use complete sentences. It has disconnected thoughts like 'Looking into one implementation of agile software development'. Who's looking into it? Are we going to? Have you been? Or someone else? It has things that I'm not sure if they're ideas for the talk or orders to me, such as 'Walk through the sprint retrospective and discuss why is it important to have'. It's got basic grammar errors like a missing article for 'productivity' (should be 'the productivity').

I'd ignore this abstract if I got it. It doesn't seem like more than ten seconds of effort has gone into it.

Needs more content. What will I learn in this talk? What will I walk away with? What problem does this talk help me solve?

I have to assume that this is the barest of a sketch of thoughts about what you want to present. Feel free to @ me when you have a more detailed draft.

Agree with the comments. This needs more meat and a stronger story. Why should I care about Agile? What story are you going to tell me?
