Demand Generation Manager

You'll be responsible for creating demand gen strategy, setting program goals, execution of tactics, and assessment of outcomes and implications. You’ll have opportunity to understand and drive the funnel end-to-end to meet key business objectives. This is a role with significant opportunity for great impact, leadership exposure, and growth.

This role requires a large amount of tactical execution in paid acquisition channels.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • You will setup, improve and iterate on lead generation programs, funnel processes and efficiencies, and continuously experiment with more efficient ways to convert incoming and existing leads.
  • You will use your analytical creativity to break into the minds of our target markets and attract them to Varonis.
  • You will manage & optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including PPC ads, landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and thank you pages.
  • You will drive key business metrics including trials, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities through a variety of growth channels.
  • You will give input to other marketing team leads on content, design, process and lead management.
  • You will establish and monitor SLAs with sales teams to identify and deliver the lead/opportunity volume necessary to hit sales goals.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in a demand / lead generation role for a B2B software company, with demonstrated revenue growth; Enterprise experience is a massive bonus.
  • Strong and up-to-date understanding of trends in SEM and SEO. Ability to tell the difference between proven SEO techniques and common misconceptions that don’t actually move the needle
  • Solid understanding of AdWords account structure, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and ad copywriting.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing practices and measurements across digital, direct and outbound programs; prefer hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage many concurrent projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational and project management abilities, and high attention to detail.
  • Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Strong data and analytical skills. Ability to assess business opportunities, track and analyze results.
  • Self-motivated, confident, flexible, energetic with strong problem-solving skills.
