Pre Interview:
1. Ask to recruiter about their salary range.
2. If it does not match, then let them know about your range.
Durning Interview:
1. Do not share salary expectation other than HR.
2. Dodge the the question.
Before Offer:
1. It is okay to let them know that you might need some time. Usually 2 weeks is fine.
2. Calculate the salary to see if it matches your expectations.
3. See if there is any sign on bonus, share bonus etc.
4. After reciving the offer, read through it.
