Slow Speed, Short Rope

  • Surface 180s (Jet ski)

    • Push with back foot to release fins
    • upper body shouldn't really move
  • Surface 360s both TS/HS (jet ski)

    • lean against the line
    • sqaut to get good advance
    • pull with two hands
    • traveling
  • TS 180 one wake

  • TS back roll one wake, one hand

  • TS back roll one wake

  • TS FS 3 one wake

    • just get around
    • don't even pass the handle
    • land looking backwards
  • HS FS 180 inside-out

  • HS FS 360 inside-out

    • pull with two hands
    • just get around!
  • HS BS 180 inside-out

  • HS Back Roll inside-out

    • let the board do the work, don't throw it like a tantrum
    • look up to the right
    • drive front hip straight up

Medium Speed, Medium Rope

  • HS BS 180 wake-to-wake
  • HS FS 360 wake-to-wake
    • sqaut a little right before the wake to advance
    • pull with two hands
  • HS Tantrum wake-to-wake
  • HS FS 360
    • sqaut a little right before the wake to advance
    • pull with two hands
  • TS FS 180 wake-to-wake
  • TS FS 360 wake-to-wake
    • wait for pop
    • pass handle at the VERY end
    • land looking toward shore/backwards
  • TS Back Roll wake-to-wake
    • rely on the edge to do the flip
    • keep pressure on back arm
    • drive hips through back arm
    • let the board do the work, don't throw it like a tantrum
    • look up to the right
    • drive hips straight up
