We are searching an experienced Golang developer for Moonshot Energy, a disruptive, well-funded high-tech startup in the renewable energies sector located in Germany.
You will play a major role in helping us revolutionize and rethink the energy sector in Europe with things like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and new conversational user interfaces.
A substantial track record in backend development and a good amount of overlap to Berlin local time are a must-have.
- build & maintain backend dockerized microservices in Go
- own the development lifecycle including distribution
- collaborate with the team for the best user experience
- 4+ years in Backend development, preferably in Go
- design experience in building stable, scalable RESTful APIs in a micro-service architecture
- experience in Docker and containerization of microservices in Go
- Experience working with Continuous Integration & Delivery
- experience with agile & distributed software development (Kanban, Slack, Remote Meetings, etc...)
- values detailed documentation and meticulous organization
- experience in Kubernetes
- experience in Swift (Server-Side, iOS, or Both)
- experience in Kotlin/Android
- strong open-source track record
- well connected to relevant developer communities
- experience with MQTT/AMQP
- work in an international team of truly gifted people
- work full-time remote
