don't require the start order - after someone selects a restaurant the ordering should start
since there's no further information that would cause them to change it.
not for anything now - but may as well capture it here - it's hard to discover the menu if you don't already know what you want. So showing random stuff on misses and options to show more results for basic searches will help with this.
i.e. foodbot i don't know, foodbot show me noodles, etc...
should have a way to specify a restaurant to order from:
foodbot start order to mcdonalds
