original-idea-for-a-prototype-to-revolutionize-mainstream-consumers-sold-tech-for-digital-data-storage-media-devices-for-mainstream-desktop-laptop-and-smart-devices_by_ve4ernik.txt
(c) 2022 ve4ernik
The below idea is released as a royalty-free patent and the resulting hardware from the idea should be open-hardware with royalty-free corresponding firmware and software.
I and one friend of mine (who has nothing to do with this idea and is just my pal) reserve the right for each of us 2 to receive 3% of the earnings from any future sales of hardware devices resulting from the below idea and manufactured in Europe or in the USA or elsewhere.
WARNING: TOO MUCH USE, ABUSE, AND MISUSE OF SUPER-TECHNOLOGIES WILL DESTROY HUMANITY. PROCEED WITH CAUTION AND DO NOT FORGET YOUR SOCIOBIOLOGICAL ANIMAL HUMANITY AND SPIRITUALIZED MATERIAL (ALTHOUGH THAT IS ALSO EPHIMERAL ENERGY-FREQUENCY-VIBRATION BUT BIO PAIN&PLEASURE IS REAL) AND BIO-SEXUAL&BIO-REPRODUCTIVE SELF!!! ---ve4ernik

M.2-SSD-like HDD-microdrives-like floppy-disk-resembling USB-compatible memory-cards v8, or 2xUpTo512TiB hybrid-SSD-HDD memory-card-form-factor edition (hypothetical name of this future product!!!) [may also be attached via USB3+-hub(s) as external NAS SAS-to-USB3+ rackspace RAIDv1-6+&UnRaid hardware box!!!]
***
ve4ernik's imagining of the future EmergingTech super-tech data-storage hardware - for prosumers for desktop&laptop PCs:
I. DESCRIPTION
A fusion of M.2 hybrid-SSD-HDD ( for the new storage hardware resembling a super-SSD/(huge)hybrid-SSD/HDD (maybe NVMe?) )
resembling zip-drives/tape-drives storage
in the form-factor of
monolithic mini-floppy-disk-like memory-cards made of durable metal container and compartmentalized tough IP65 metal&plastic&magnetic&quartz internals and hotswappable&hotpluggable like USB-flashsticks and with built-in tray circuitry for speedy duplex interlink between them [and some ideas borrowed from long-term storage media hardware like: GitHub Archive Program, M-Disk, DVD, DVD-DL ]:
and hardware-supporting & software-supporting:
NAS-rack-box, RAID&RAID-z1-3, USBoverEthernet, and also rsync&zsync&web-mirroring, and also WiFi+WiFiDirect&WiFiHotSpot, and also supporting Tectona/ProlificUSA superspeed host-to-host USB3 (crossover-)bridge cables...
II. Storage capacity specifications:
** 8-16 TiB then 64-128 TiB (max 64 TiB) per each M.2-SSD-sized hardware block (physically 8 levels x 8 TiB each - in each block!) x max 8 (or 2-hardware-levels tray: 16) removable blocks on the entire 'cd/dvd/bd' XTRMNeoTray.
In other words: 8-64-128 TiB x 8 interconnected modular hotswappable&hotremovable blocks
** Hardware storage limits:
8 TiB x 8 = 16 TiB
or
16 TiB x 8 = 128 TiB (lower max capicity, byte-aligned)
or
64 TiB x 8 = 512 TiB
or
128 TiB x 8 = 1024 TiB (upper max capacity, byte-aligned)
* Connector type: motherboard-hooked SATA3-supporting SAS-controller&connector (compatible with a USB3+ adapter-module) and/or USB3+/Lightning/Thunderbolt/RJ45 micro-Cat6+ motherboard connector
III. The above new data-storage hardware media MUST INCLUDE
hardware-level&software-level support for :
S.M.A.R.T., RAID, RAID-Z&RAID-Z2&RAID-Z3, rsync mirroring, zsync, deduplication & diff/git-versioning, encryption, checksums and filesystem integrity auto-diagnostics with optional settings for files auto-recovery and filesystem chunking into equal-size small split&merge files for faster files indexing and searching
With full support for:
.iso&_especially .vhdx(.vhd)_&.vbox&.vmdk&archived _.img file_: .img.zip64/.img.7z/.img.pea/img.tar.(???) (.img as in the raw disk image file format!)& also
full support for
RAID&RAIDZ/z2/z3 (software AND hardware) NVMe SSD with full support for
exFAT, UDF, ISO, NTFS (Win10 1703/1709) &ReFS, ZFS(!!!)&ZFS-QNAMP, XFS (!), JFS, HFS+, ext4, F2FS, btrfs, FreeNAS, UnRaid, KVM VM, LXC, Kubernetes&Docker images, ; and also .tar (POSIX 1.2001), .7z, pea1.1, zip64,

The above said with other words in a condensed form:
ve4ernik - 19-Feb-2022
And I just invented the hybrid SSD-HDD in a small memory-card/micro-floppy-disk/mini-HDD-drive form-factor, to reside 8 x 8-128 TiB blocks in the normal CD/DVD/BD tray of laptops or desktops!
***
So just send my idea to IBM and ProlificUSA and to European computer manufacturers like olimex.bg and to Japanese Toshiba and Sony, and credit me as the author of the idea, and we give it to them royalty-free on the condition that they give each of us 3% of the future earnings of sales of these new digital data-storage media hardware: we earn 6% combined (3% each), and they keep 94% of earnings for themselves!!! 😊
***
This is how to make millions and billions!
***
My (i.e. ve4ernik's idea) ide for the above is now posted on my Instagram for the first time in official history:
{edited out cuz Instagram.com failed to upload the initial video or is buggy and deleted that video for some unknown reason, or the initial video failed to upload due to my smartphone's internal memory being overfilled for a short time...}
{Here is the new video:

2022 - ve4ernik invented the idea for the future mainstream next-generation HDD/SSD-like digital data-storage media hardware!!! πŸ˜ŠπŸ™
Basically just a 8 (4x2 rows) 8-128 TiB blocks hotpluggable hotswappable interlinked and with hardware&software R.A.I.D. module, in the form-factor of M.2-SSD-thumb-sized memory-card/floppy-disk-like metal-container small devices to be put in the refurbished and modded CD/DVD-ROM tray of laptops and desktop PCs {possible via SATA-compatible SAS cable&plug), and also supporting USB3+ plugs! πŸ™
(A very summarized and simplified explanation of my original idea for the prototype of this device!) πŸ˜ŒπŸ˜ŠπŸ™
