<dcterms:abstract>本文只在以明末中國佛教四大師之一的蕅益智旭所撰寫之《教觀綱宗》為考察對象。並嘗試以此書為基礎,論述蕅益智旭對天台思想。故本文題名為:〈蕅益智旭之天台思想-以《教觀綱宗》為基礎的探討〉。本文希望能兼顧哲學與歷史的雙重面向,以其掌握思想使的原貌與論述內容。然由於蕅益智旭的著作甚多,且因其關於佛教教理的著作中,大多運用天台之五重玄義的注釋法,故要全面敘述蕅益智旭的天台思想,是一件頗為困難之事。且蕅益智旭並非僅以一宗一派的立場來著述,他可說是一個全方位的學者,出身禪門、嚴持戒律、欣賞天台教理、又曾註解唯釋方面的書籍、並以彌陀淨土為導師,故要定位其思想本身就是一件不容易的事情。事故本文僅嘗試以《教觀綱宗》為基礎,探究其關於天台學方面的思想,以期為更深入瞭解這位明末的佛教大師和他那個時代的佛教思潮作一些準備工作。</dcterms:abstract>

<dcterms:abstract>性相兩宗依據各自經典,在學理上產生了諸多諍論,諸如一乘三乘、一性五性、唯心真妄、真如隨緣凝然等等。智旭從性相不二的中道思想出發,論證了法性與法相之間具有內在的一致性。性相兩宗所堅持的真如與阿賴耶識、一乘佛性與五性各別等觀念,看似相互矛盾難以調和,其實只是闡釋角度有異,根本旨趣則同。</dcterms:abstract>
