Script for fetching artifacts from Nexus 3 (bash)

Modifications:

• Using grep instead of xmllint to be compatible with more *nix installations.
• Adding support for when there's only one artifact in Nexus.

Example: getArtifact "my-group-id" "my-artifact" "LATEST"
