What Partial Evaluation Is?

Partial evaluation means to fix some variables in the given code
before execution.  With a traditional implementation of a compiler or
an interpreter, all variables are replaced with its value on each
evaluation of that variable.  This is because a variable can change at
any timing.  This is, however, not always true in actual applications.

You can use this settings in Tor browser too. 

To change these settings type 'about:config' in the url bar.
Then search the setting you would like to change and modify the value. Some settings may break certain websites from functioning and
rendering normally. Some settings may also make firefox unstable.
I am not liable for any damages/loss of data.
