Boiled Chocolate Cake
Boil together:
* 125g butter
* 1 cup water
* 1 1/2 cups sugar
* 2 tablespoons cocoa
* 1/2 teaspon bicarb soda
Simmer 5 mins.
Add:
* 2 eggs
* 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
Bake about 1/2 an hour at 180°C in 2 log tins or a round tin.
Don't eat it all at once.
