Group Work Expectations

Group Expectations

Group Member Names: James Anderson, Andrew Wooten-clan, Jonathon Serrano, Spencer Carter

Project Manager: Andrew Wooten

Defining the Relationship (DTR) Questions:

  1. When are group members available to work together? What hours can each group member work individually? Are there any personal time commitments that need to be discussed? James nothing before 9am. Nothing after 7:50pm - Jonathon. Slack preferred communication. cap 8 hours on weekend. 10am. Spencer has nieces bday party for at least 1 hour Saturday 4pm. Daily retro.

  2. What does each group member hope to get out of the project? Jonathon- understand DB relationships, Git workflow James- understand DB relationships, Git workflow (primary keys etc etc) Working independantly Andy- Git workflow, Waffle, integration of mod 2 current learnings. Spencer- Git WF with more than 2 people, relinquishing control, DB table relations.

  3. How will group members communicate? How often will communication happen, and how will open lines of communication be maintained? Slack

  4. What is expected of group members when they run into problems implementing a feature? try for a resonable amount of time individually , ask in group slack, pairing/instructor.

  5. Is there anything else the group should know about personal work/communication styles? Andy- loads plate too full, positivity, communication, rarely commiting on Github. James- need to voice opinion/speak up, good facilitator Jonathon- dont be passive aggressive when frustrated, focus/determination Spencer- I speak aloud to think, work ethic
