2012 - present - Technekes/TKXS/Telus Ag - System Architect, Engineering Manager. Designed and Developed enterprise, distributed systems using mainly open-source languages and tools for creating and paying hundreds of millions of dollars in annual incentives each year for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Agricultural companies. Mentored and managed teams of developers.

2004 - 2011 - Ettain Group, Charlotte, NC - Senior software engineer - started working in C# and the Microsoft stack. Developed custom solutions for large companies in the Entertainment, Animal Pharmaceutical, and Large Equipment Manufacturing spaces.

1999 - 2004 - Ballantyne Consulting Group, Charlotte, NC - Developer working with Cold Fusion, and later JRun. During this time learned basics of software development lifecycle.

1998 - 1999 - Sealand, Charlotte NC, Junior Developer working on logistics systems using PowerBuilder and VB in Visual Interdev.

1994 - present - started self-teaching computing concepts and methods. In 1995 I taught myself relational database skills and web development using Microsoft ASP and Access to create a website dedicated to the X-Files.
