Here's my trace. We have very bad connectivity to India. For a very unknown reason, traffic is routed to India > Singapore > India (very bad route) > DigitalOcean (BLR). Not surprisingly all the bad routing is within India. No wonder why CloudFlare is still routing us to Singapore, when they have a DC in India.
