Scenario:  Payment of Premium
Given an insured has paid the premium
When the insured has truthfully completed the Application
Then the Insurer agrees to the contents of the Policy form

Scenario:  Coverage A Claims
Given the Named Insured has suffered Damages 
Given the Damages are established by law or are agreed upon
When a Claim is made and reported in writing by the Named Insured to the Insurer
Then the Insurer shall indemnify the insured 
When the the Claim arises out of services performed by a Design Professional for the Specified Project 
When the services are noted in the Declarations 
When the services commenced on or after the Retroactive Date 
When the services were completed before the expiration of the Policy Period
When prior to the effective date of this policy the Named Insured had no knowledge of circumstances which could give rise to a Claim
