Formatted FAQ

Humans for what they do best, AI for the rest

A core part of Glints' business model is our recruitment service, which is staffed by recruiters. Recruiters are the go-bewtween for employers and talent. They first collect job requisition details from the employers, before filling and managing a pipeline of candidates through the interviewing circuit. This work involves a lot of manual work, such as selling, coordination, KPI tracking, funnel management and relationship management over calls and messaging apps like Whatsapp.

We would like you to rethink this workflow such that it is an order of magnitude more efficient, effective and engaging for employers, candidates and recruiters. Using any combination of visual formats, paint us a vision of how that experience looks like from all 3 parties' perspectives. You can attempt some reasonable definitions of efficiency, effectiveness and engagement in this context.

We would be evaluating the depth of the insights, the feasbility of the approach (it can be a bold vision with a realistic angle of attack), and the clarity of the presentation. Ultimately, the litmus test question for us is, "How likely can we execute on this experience design AND significantly improve on the 3 dimensions of efficiency, effectivness and engagement in our service".

Constraint: You can assume state-of-the-art AI technologies, manifesting in the form of chatbots, recommendations and the like. Work into your designs the limitations of AI too.

FAQ

Users

1. Is there an age range I should focus on especially for candidates?

You can focus on the 20-35 year old young professionals age group.

2. Can I hone in on recruiters, candidates and employers from one industry (Construction, Telecommunication etc.)?

Yes, you can focus on candidates and employers in the tech industry, with a heavier skew towards fast-growing startups.

3. Are all 3 parties expected to interact with the solution or only the recruiters?

Yep, all 3 parties will be interacting on the platform.

Deliverables

1. What type of delivery format is expected? (Figma file, prototype, presentation deck etc.)

You can decide what presents your ideas the best. Traditionally, we have found Figma to be the most suitable.

2. Fidelity level of deliverables: Are you expecting wireframes or a high-fidelity design?

Wireframes to mid-fi are good enough for us. We are mostly interested in how you work through user flows and interactions which are more complicated and less obvious in the solution.

3. Am I required to present my solution and if so what is the presentation method (zoom call, email etc)?

Yep! We will be reviewing the materials beforehand, and have you do a short walkthrough with a Q&A over a video call in the next interview. Feel free to add some helper text to your deliverables to aid viewers in understanding nuances.

Thanks for taking time to do this task, we appreciate your effort!
