Very simple: the system bases its rating on the amount of profits the user made, in respect to his initial investment.
This means that if someone invested a large amount of money to begin with, he may have made bigger profits but with less experience.
On that note, it's best to invest higher amounts for bigger profits.

what do the numbers mean next to the rank?
for instance: Beginner says $50,000
what does that refer to?
i want to know if i should deposit 300 or 400
since #1 is only 3300

Personally, I like to trade big, to earn BIG. So I would suggest investing higher amounts (such as $500-$1,000) to gain higher profits.
You CAN reach $50,000 by starting just with $300, but it would take you a longer time.
On the other hand, you should invest an amount you're comfortable with and move up from there.

As I explained, what you see on the page are three things: how much the person invested, how much he made, and a list of rankings.
When you reach $50,000 for example, you are considered a beginner. But this also depends on how long you've been using the app.

i'm confused by the ranking system.. which seems to be a pretty big part of the website
i get that more money can make more money that seems pretty simple
but when i see some issues with how the rankings work and then you cant explain them i get a confused is all
