Prerequisites:
Create a script that checks the state of the linkages currently in the database. Flag any missing female/male linkages and display the data in the Admin

Attachment creation:
For each female linkage, create an attachment for each attachment assembly variant (if none already exists)

a. Product Type = Attachment
b. Code = (can just use a randomly generated code)
c. ACS Part Number (can be left blank)
d. Female Pin-on Linkage (is the female linkage we're looping through)
