Change the SpotFleet capacity to 0 in AWS terraform provider 2.57.0 return an error (2.51.0 provider version works)

In the following repository I show how to create a container with AWSCLI & 3 ways to add AWS Credentials to the container so I can access to S3 contents.
Prerequisites:
1. Docker installed on your machine.
2. Clone git repo to your computer (https://github.com/Shalgo/Techtest-Zooz.git)
Option1 – Environment Variables:
Sets environment variables during running the container
1. move to repo directory:
cd Techtest-Zooz
2. Build the image from Dockerfile:
