What is claimed is:

  1. An apparatus for showcasing researchers and institutions, comprising: an institutional repository; and a personal library.

  2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said institutional repository comprises the rapid worldwide dissemination of social science.

  3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said personal library comprises a world-leading provider of scientific , technical and medical information.

  4. A method for showcasing researchers and institutions, comprising: an institutional repository; and a personal library.

  5. The method of claim 4, wherein said institutional repository comprises the rapid worldwide dissemination of social science.

  6. The method of claim 4, wherein said personal library comprises a world-leading provider of scientific , technical and medical information.
