The following is a summary of the Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct is a set of rules, guidelines, and policies that govern the conduct of all members of the team (including staff, volunteers, and members of the public) that we maintain. It is designed to help ensure the integrity of the project and the community.
The Code of Conduct is designed to:

Promote the sharing of ideas, ideas of others, and work that is creative, collaborative, and open;
Promote the use of open source software and related tools;
Promote the use of open source libraries;
Promote the use of open source documentation;
Promote the use of open source documentation, including reference documentation, and the use of open source documentation for reference purposes;
Promote the use of open source code;
Promote the use of open source code as a basis for future development;
Promote the use of open source code to improve the quality of software, and to encourage the use of open source software by others;
Promote the use of open source code as a basis for future development, including the creation of a community of contributors to the open source code;
Promote the use of open source code in scientific research;
Promote the use of open source software in the development of commercial products;Promote the use of open source code in the development of software for personal and educational use;
Promote the use of open source code in the development and testing of software and hardware;
Promote the use of open source code in the development and enhancement of software for the scientific and engineering community;
Promote the use of open source code in the development and enhancement of software for the commercial and industrial community;
Promote the use of open source code in the development of software for the public sector;
Promote the use of open source code in the development of software for educational purposes.
The following are prohibited:

Promoting the development of software that is not open source and that has not been developed by the community, or is not available for use by the community, or is not available for commercial and industrial use;

Promoting AI or machine learning;

Promoting any form of artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence systems, or any other form of artificial intelligence that is not based on scientific principles;

Publishing, distributing, or otherwise making available any software that is not open source;

Using any software that is not open source;

Publishing, distributing, or otherwise making available any software that is not interoperable with any other software;

Promoting any form of commercial software;

Advocating the use of any form of commercial software;

Promoting or offering to promote the sale of any software that is not open source;

Promoting or offering to promote the use of any form of commercial software for any purpose whatsoever.
The following are some examples of violations of this policy:

You are using any software that is not open source.

You are promoting or offering to promote the sale of any software that is not open source.

You are talking about commercial software and not open source software.

You are promoting or offering to promote AI, biotechnology, or any other form of artificial intelligence.

You are promoting or offering to promote any form of artificial intelligence that is not human-centered.

You are promoting or offering to promote any form of artificial intelligence that is not rational.

You are promoting or offering to promote any form of artificial intelligence that is not ethical.

You are promoting or offering to promote any form of artificial intelligence that is not scientific.

You are promoting or offering to promote any form of artificial intelligence that is not socially responsible.

You are promoting or offering to promote any form of artificial intelligence that is not socially conscious.

You are writing a book that is not a philosophical treatise.

You are thinking about a new way of doing things.

The best way to prevent this is to always ask yourself: "What is the best way to do this? How can I make it better? How can I think about this differently? How can I make sure that I don't screw up?"
AI has become a big issue in the wake of the election of Donald Trump. The notion that AI is a threat to our society is not a new one. A few years ago, the CIA warned that AI could be used to create a new "super-intelligence" that would destroy humanity.
The only way to prevent this from happening is to think about how to make our society better. The best way to do this is to develop a new type of intelligence. AI is a threat to our society because it is very similar to humans in that it is a machine capable of thinking and feeling. This is a dangerous development because it means that humans can become super-intelligent. This could lead to a new type of society, a society that is completely different from the one we have today.
We believe open source software is the answer to this problem. We believe the open source software community is the solution to the problems of AI. We believe that the open source software community can be the most powerful force in history. We believe that the open source software community can create the most powerful and innovative technology of all time. We believe that the open source software community is the solution to all of humanity's biggest problems. We believe that the open source software community can create a world of freedom.
