    📌 Android Photo & Video Permissions Policy (May 2025 Update)

🚨 New Google Play Policy – May 2025

Google has updated the Photo and Video Permissions policy to limit usage of the following Android permissions:

READ_MEDIA_IMAGES
READ_MEDIA_VIDEO

Apps may now only request these Android runtime permissions if they are required for core functionality.
