Data We Collect The extension may collect and process the following information strictly for its intended functionality: Sender’s Name Sender’s Email Address Email Subject and Body Text Date of the Email Unit Number, Condo Code, Type, and Notes you provide Purpose of Data Collection This data is used only within the extension to allow users to convert email content into structured tasks. The extension does not collect any data beyond what is required to serve this purpose. We do not: Track your browsing activity Collect passwords or financial data Sell or share any user information with third parties Data Storage Data is temporarily stored using Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local) only on your device to manage the extension’s state. No personal data is transmitted to external servers unless explicitly sent by the user to Beeceptor or another destination you configure. Permissions Justification This extension requires the following Chrome permissions: activeTab: To inject scripts on Gmail pages. scripting: To execute JavaScript and extract visible email content. storage: To remember which emails have been sent. Host access to Gmail (https://mail.google.com/*) for reading visible content. These permissions are solely used to extract email threads and structure them into action items. Third-Party Services No third-party services are integrated into this extension, except for Beeceptor or other endpoints you choose to send email data to. These are entirely under your control. User Control You can review and delete any structured data before submission. You can reset the extension data at any time using the “Reset Tutorial” button.
