Where do I get basic.cfg file from?

I found it in the 'scenarios' subfolder of vizdoom. As I installed vizdoom via pip it will be located under
<your_virtual_env_path>/lib/python2.7/site-packages/vizdoom/scenarios/basic.cfg
the basic.wad is there as well
