Usage with mypy: put the files in stubs/pycparser/, then add mypy_path = stubs to mypy.ini.

Mainly focused on c_ast; the rest leaves some things out. The types are based on a combination of experimentation and tracing the code of the C parser. It's not automatically generated or statically/dynamically verified, so might contain errors. Ideally the types should be checked for a test suite run.

The Expression, Statement and AnyNode type unions are not ideal -- they don't exist in the real code and will thus cause runtime errors if used for non-quoted type annotations; they produce hard-to-read type errors since they contain so many types; and I suspect they may be slowing type checking down as well. It would have been nicer if pycparser used a class hierarchy.
