What's your favorite logo option? What's your second favorite logo option? Do you have any other thoughts, concerns, etc?

5 4 3 is good too. 7 & 8 have weird associations for me (jimmy neutron and the java mascot or KKK hood or something)

5 27 I think the vote should be heavily weighted towards choosing a monochrome logo (that is a single color logo like: 5, 7, 27, etc...) as a base or consider assuming that if the popular vote is a multi-colored variation that the base icon will / can also be used as our "icon" as numerous colored and ornameneted versions can we built up a solid base

7 5 Thanks for doing this, Simon! At this point, voting is probably the best option we have, and there are a whole bunch of great logos on that list :)
27 7 I think a lot of logos have used the same form with different color and type aesthetics. I think we should brainstorm more on the base form of the logo, keeping it black and white (or greyscale) for now. Also, the criteria for evaluation should be formally set. I can be reached at <email>. Thanks for your time and effort :)
15 Guys, when you let people choose a logo out of a selection you should at least bring them on the same size or at best in one bigger, one smaller one. Otherwise the comparison might easily be misleading.

- - I would make it clear the logo is an 'interim logo'. Take the (current or winning) logo for now - only the stroke, not the fill - and put it on a blue drawing grid. <email>
none (the current one) 7 Simplicity first, the current logo is great. And it shows kind of user not pencil, brush etc. in the openness.
