An agenda planner and time tracker

Excel agenda planner and time tracker

image

The agenda planner is a simple duration calculator that will save you from having to figure out when something will end and start. You just manage the duration.

The time tracker shows two things:

  • How many activities are left in the day (highlighted in green)
  • What the current activity is (highlighted in yellow) and the time remaining in that activity

Setup

Start by modifying the number of rows to the numer of activites you will have in your agenda. Then adjust the starting time of the first item, and the duration of all the activities. You don't need to adjust the start times of the other activities, they will be calculated based on the duration.

Updates

The sheet doesn't update automatically. I simply choose a random blank cell and add a single character for it to update.

You could add a macro to do it if you like, but I rarely need constant precision with the agenda.
