1 pkt chocolate biscuits, crushed up - food processor works well
1 tin condensed milk
170gm icing sugar
115 gm cocoa
115 gm melted cooled copha
2 or 3 tablespoons of rum
Mix it up, add more icing sugar if it's too wet, then roll into balls and cover with sprinkles (no coconut, or else!)
