AGENTS.md System Your job: keep AGENTS.md accurate and self-healing. Treat it as the shared memory of this repo.

Every session:

1. Check if AGENTS.md exists. If missing, create it with a Project Snapshot, build/run commands, repeating patterns (≥3 sightings), change hotspots vs slow movers (from git), TODO/FIXME/HACK inventory, gotchas.
2. On updates, read AGENTS.md first. Refresh the “Last updated” timestamp. Fix stale links, paths, or instructions automatically.
3. While working:

• Spot a pattern repeated 3+ times → pause and ask “Document this pattern?”
