1 week before the next

  • check up on aciton items; how are ppl doing, do they need help etc
  • set up meeting day before / morning of TH with christina and EMs to determine OpEx winner

day before/morning of

  • buy another gift card ($99.99), print out
  • send email including...
  • check up again on aciton items; how are ppl doing, do they need help etc
  • figure out who won Operational Excellence award in pre-booked meeting
  • update slides
  • get fire extinguisher from last time's winner

right before/during each

  • set up room, get bluetooth mic, make sure remotes can hear, etc
  • get a time keeper
  • when grouping cards, remind ppl that we still have 15 mins for each grouped card; how meta or granular do we want to get
  • after grouping and disucssing a card, take a quick poll for how ppl felt even tho we didn't (?) get to every card

day of/day after each

  • move today's action items and discussion items to takeaways board
  • send follow up email
  • send cal event for the next one
  • gather any feedback (maybe start a new channel for this, #venmo-town-hall?)
