Looks like this was previously changed by the -fQ phase, at: unicode-org/cldr@c5408cd#diff-d13505fca4f742a17ca53bd89df2439e5323e7be080b75317624491df961e3a5L2010 where the string was previously:
ရထားသံလမျး သံလမျး ရထား

Bother the original and the update appear to be Zawgyi, according to Shane's detector
Translate gives these results:
(new string): From the sound of the train, the sound of the moon, the sound of the rising moon
(old string) The sound of swords, the sound of trains, the sound of trains
The last one ရထြား သံလမြး is redundant.
The correct translation should be (assuming we use | to delimit alternate spellings):
ရထားသံလမ်း | သံလမ်း | ရထားလမ်း
