This indicates that this subfolder should not be synced by SyncThing since it contains a .git folder, which has proven to cause some issues.

Instead this folder should be included in the .stignore file of the parent (or one of the parent directories) that is the folder being shared by SyncThing. Having this folder included in that file will exclude it as part of the SyncThing sync process which is the desired goal.

We could then use the Git repo listed in this file to push or pull the needed files on each computer as needed.
