here is my version of the FormBuilder file that allows for non-block buttons, and it does not show the errors inline under the controls as i prefer to show them at the top of the form

Please note that there is a double declaration of

 public function radio($name, $value = null, $label = null, $checked = null, $options = array())

i think the inline radio button should be renamed to "inlineRadio" 👍
