ADMIN PANEL MESSAGE
-------------------
Hi %filltext:name=Name%,
I have created your sites control panel access for your login
UNTIL your site is live, you can login to your control panel at:
%filltext:name=sitename%/admin
ONCE your site is live, remove the dev domain part .atbspreview so you will login at:
%filltext:name=sitenamelive%/admin
Username: %filltext:name=username%
Password: %filltext:name=password%
Once you are logged in you can change your login info under "Add/Edit Administrators" which is the 2nd link down on the left sidebar.
There are video tutorials on most pages which you should watch to learn how to use your control panel. Your sites customizable lists are under "Custom Lists" and is where you would change your rotating images.
How to add an image
Please review this screenshot on how to add and select an image in the custom list editor:

If you watch the videos and still have questions, please write down your questions and then contact your rep Brandon at 281-392-9693 x.272 (best to reach him after noons)
Thanks,
Stirling
SETUP EMAIL MESSAGE
-------------------
1) Please login to your admin panel at http://%filltext:name=site%/admin
2) Go to the "Email Settings" links which is the fifth down on the top left side bar.
3) Under the "Login Information" section, enter an email address in the SMTP User: field and the email's password in the SMPT Password: field. This can be for any email address you have setup. It will only use this like a key for a door to gain access to the email server. The email addresses it will send FROM and TO are set in the "Email Information" section below the username and password fields.
4) Click the [Save Information] button at the bottom. After you do you will see a send test email link. Click that link then go check the email address you have set in the Email TO address field and make sure it works.
5) Let me know when you have successfully set the email up and got the test email, or let me know if you have any issues.
Thanks,
Stirling
NEWSLETTER MESSAGE
-------------------
Hi %filltext:name=name%,
For the newsletter sign up to work you will need to sign up for a newsletter management service. Our system supports either Constant Contact or Mailchimp. If you aren't already subscribed to a service we suggest Mailchimp.com, they both offer great free newsletter management services but mail chimp's is just a little bit better. Whichever you sign up for please provide the username and password so I can get it setup for you.
Thanks,
Stirling
ADMIN PANEL MESSAGE
-------------------
Hi %filltext:name=name%,
You will want an SSL for your site to be PCI compliant and SSL's provide secure encryption when sending data across the internet. They cost $59.99 or less depending on how many years you purchase at once. If you purchase the SSL from our website at http://godaddy.atbss.com we can waive the $75 setup / each renewal re-setup fee for the SSL's (which does not include the purchase price of the actual SSL). If you want to, you can let me know what Full name, Postal Address and Phone number you would like setup for the account onhttp://godaddy.atbss.com and I can setup the account for you, add the SSL that you need for the site to your cart (to take the guess work out for you), then I will give you the login info so all you have to do is login and go through the checkout and make the purchase, then I will take it back from there and setup the SSL.
Make sure you purchase the ssl at our http://godaddy.atbss.com website though and not through your existing account at http://godaddy.com or we have to charge you the $75 setup fee now and each time your renew the ssl which is not fun. If you want your site to be PCI compliant, you can just send me your First Name, Postal Address, and Phone number you want setup for the account and I will setup the account for you at the http://godaddy.atbss.com site.
Thanks,
Stirling
