- Tier 3 support for servers and server applications, including but not limited to, Business Support Systems, Operational Support Systems, Internet Caching sys tems, and Internet connectivity systems.
- Day-to-day system maintenance on systems and applications, including RHEL 4 & 5, Windows 2003, Windows NT4, and Solaris 8.
- Lead application administrator for interally developed CRM application. Resp onsible for Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and training.
- Responsible for determining hardware requirements for the applications, and managing application upgrades.
- Lead Tier 3 Technical and development support for internal Knowledgebase app lication, including Java development, and PowerShell scripting. Implemented proc edural enhancements that significantly reduced the time required for daily maint enance.
