Our company encourages people to be themselves in all manner of life. As such, we would like to ensure their comfort.
Please ensure that your staff refer to guests using the pronouns and honorifics that are appropriate for their gender presentation. While mistakes are natural, we want to ensure that when a preference in means of address is stated, that it is respected, going forward. When appropriate, We will be providing badges or nametags for people to identify which honorifics and pronouns should be used in which case.
Lastly, our diverse team members know what facilities, including restrooms and changing areas, are appropriate for them to use. We would like to verify that if you see a member of our team using one that you don't think is right, your staff will defer to our team members' self-determination
