That appears to be a rather exorbitant sum for a supposedly authentic transaction.
I'm afraid that I unfortunately do not have access to such a sum at the moment. Mayhap you would be interested in perhaps concluding a transaction with a monetary value not quite as astronomical as the above sum? Perhaps on the order of hundreds, not thousands.

Unless you are able to provide me with an authentic Brazilian passport for a slightly cheaper sum, I'm afraid that it will be impossible for any transaction to take place.

Going to that website, it appears to be, on the whole, focused on helping the customer to find a WesternUnion agent near them. Since there are none near me, this doesn't seem very useful.

Why do you say to use the family and friends option? As far as I'm concerned, this is a business deal, and so the family and friends option does not seem appropriate. If I were to be sending money to the ducks, then I would use that option, but this is not a gift; it's a payment in return for a document.

Unless this is a fraud, then I see no reason to use that option.
