- Handling the data once we can read it
- Being able to answer BI questions with the data available
- Working with Hashes well and thoroughly
- Get even more comfortable working in a pair - in person and remotely
###Schedule Expectations: When are we available to work together and individually?

###Communication Expectations: How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?
- Github comments are required - no pushes, no pull requests without descriptions.
- Never push your own pull request.
- We would both prefer in-person pairing. If we need supplemental time, Slack works and so does Screen Hero.
###Abilities Expectations: Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement:
- Susi has some background on Data Analysis.
- Raphael has done headcount in the past so he has some understanding of how to parse the files and get the information.
- Susi would like to work on breaking down problems into smaller pieces and focusing on those parts one at a time.
- Raphael would like to get more comfortable with hashes.
###Workload Expectations: What features do we each want to work on?
