Product Manager Assessment

The Marketing team asked the Product team to define the Direct Notifications service for our self-developed CRM. They would like to notify clients about the new opportunities, promotions, product updates, etc.

Marketing specialist will be manually setting up these notifications, adding:
notification caption and text;
segment of the users to be affected (filtered by country of residence, regulator, time since account was created);
link to follow;
app to show the notification in (we have several client applications - explore to find out which ones).

Example of the promotion notification to be sent:
Deposit at least 1000 Euro and get 100 Euro bonus from BDSwiss.

What needs to be done:
Draft a UI of this service for the CRM (Figma is preferable).
Document the service in Google docs (normally we do it in Confluence but for the test task G-docs will do). Lierally explain how the functionality is going to work, with screenshots of your design.
Explain how we measure the effectiveness of this new functionality in order to further improve it, and suggest a technical solution for that.

Suggest some improvements to the feature description. Maybe we're missing some things that can be added?
