Stir by hand, all at once:
3          eggs
4 1/2 dl   Sugar
1 1/2 tsp  Vanilla sugar
6     tbsp Cocoa powder
2 1/4 dl   Flour
1 1/2 dl   Melted butter
  1/2 tsp  Baking powder

Bake in oven at 200°C for 30 minutes

Spice it up by adding raspberries or pieces of
chocolate when you've poured it.

tsp  =  5 ml
tbsp = 15 ml

Batter:
150  g    Flour (~3 dl)
  2  tsp  Baking powder
  2       Eggs
140  g    Sugar (~1 1/2 dl)
  1  dl   Water or milk

Filling:
3    tbsp Butter
2    dl   Powdered sugar
1    tsp  Vanilla sugar
6    tsp  Cocoa powder

Mix batter and bake in a frying pan for
small pancakes. About 1 tbsp batter per cake.

Mix the filling, slice the pancakes almost
through and spread filling inside.
