Vundleインストール

$ git clone https://github.com/gmarik/vundle.git ~/.vim/bundle/vundle

使用するcolorschemeダウンロード（Monokai-Refined）

https://github.com/jaromero/vim-monokai-refined

colors/Monokai-Refined.vim

を

~/.vim/colors/Monokai-Refined.vim

に移動。

vimを起動し、:BundleInstallを実行。
