Solved: Conda SSL Error-OpenSSL appears to be unavailable on this machine. OpenSSL is required to download and install packages
This is due to .dll error, go and check for the location where the installation of anaconda3 or miniconda3>Library>bin. In my case I have miniconda3 in C drive, search and copy following dll files
1. libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll
2. libssl-1_1-x64.dll
and paste these dll files into miniconda3>DLLs folder, after that restart the Computer.
