Right-click on Start, and Select Device Manager
Go to Settings > System > Power & sleep > Additional power settings.
That link is equivalent to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options.
- Click Choose what the power button does at the left pane.
- Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
- Turn off the checkbox Turn on fast startup (recommeneded).
Disable PCI Express > Link State Power Management.
- Click Change plan settings or create a power plan.
- Click Change advanced power settings.

Disable Windows hibernation.
powercfg /hibernate off
