Sprint pre-planning template
# <project name> Pre-sprint planning
2020-03-04
- How have we done against our previous sprint goals?
- Taking stock (person by person)
- What should our new sprint goals be?
- What is needed to achieve those goals?
## How have we done against our previous sprint goals?
- Copy the the previous planning goals in from the sprint planning document
- Go through each goal together and colour code work that’s: done, likely going to make it, unlikely to make it.
Our goals were to:
1. Epic 1
a. Do A, we will know when we are done when X
b. Do B, we will know when we are done when X
2. Epic 2
a. Do C, we will know when we are done when X
3. Epic 3
a. Do D, we will know when we are done when X
b. Do E, we will know when we are done when X
c. Do F, we will know when we are done when X
## Taking stock (person by person)
Raise concerns so that we can help deal with them.
- Alice
- progress is going well; hoping for reassurance that we are ready for onboarding.
- Bob
- feeling great but there is more work than I think we can get through this sprint
## What should our new sprint goals be?
Priorities: <link to roadmap or user story map>
1. Epic 1
Convert these high-level into Trello cards to discuss with the team in sprint planning.
## What is needed to achieve those goals?
